Lunch 8/10 - Personal pepperoni pizza, water w/ crystal light mix in.
Dinner - picked up McDonalds. 3pc Chicken Selects w/ ranch. Fries. Double Cheeseburger. Big diet coke. Oh my!

Ok, I missed logging in a few meals. Needless to say...it was not a good few days of eating. Work has been crazy busy. I weighed in the last two days another lb. heavier so I'm only down two lbs. total now. Very sad. I guess this is going to be a real fight for every lb. lost. I was in a hurry this morning so I forgot to weigh in, so hopefully the scale will have some happy news tomorrow.

8/10 - Breakfast was a McDonalds Breakfast Burrito (300 c) along with a 100 calorie pack of mini-mini muffins and water with a Crystal Light mix in.

Snack - turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich on wheat

Lunch 8/6 - Chicken BLT Burrito from Taco Time (Yummy!) and some water w/ crystal light mix.

Dinner 8/6 - One slice of Lasagne and two diet cokes.

Again, I was feeling hungry about 11pm, but I perservered and didn't snack. I still got to bed about 1/2 hour late though.

This morning I woke up and weighed in again. One pound heavier than yesterday. Bummer! I've promised myself that I can get a new haircut, color & style once I've lost 16 lbs. As of this morning I'm down 3. The bummer is that I was down 4 yesterday. I'd better go for a walk tonight.

Breakfast 8/7 - nothing again. Too busy at work! But I'm eating it now for lunch. A yoguart (180c) and a Nutrigrain bar (130c).

Dinner for 8/5 - two slices of lasagne and a diet coke.
I was kinda wanting a snack afterward and I stayed up 45 minutes later than I should, but I didn't snack (there really wasn't anything in the house to snack on, but pat on the back anyway, LOL!)

Breakfast for 8/6 - nothing, I was too busy running around the convention center looking for a lost printer. At least I got about an hour of walking in.
