Ok, I missed logging in a few meals. Needless to say...it was not a good few days of eating. Work has been crazy busy. I weighed in the last two days another lb. heavier so I'm only down two lbs. total now. Very sad. I guess this is going to be a real fight for every lb. lost. I was in a hurry this morning so I forgot to weigh in, so hopefully the scale will have some happy news tomorrow.
8/10 - Breakfast was a McDonalds Breakfast Burrito (300 c) along with a 100 calorie pack of mini-mini muffins and water with a Crystal Light mix in.
Snack - turkey and cheddar cheese sandwich on wheat
