Lunch 8/6 - Chicken BLT Burrito from Taco Time (Yummy!) and some water w/ crystal light mix.

Dinner 8/6 - One slice of Lasagne and two diet cokes.

Again, I was feeling hungry about 11pm, but I perservered and didn't snack. I still got to bed about 1/2 hour late though.

This morning I woke up and weighed in again. One pound heavier than yesterday. Bummer! I've promised myself that I can get a new haircut, color & style once I've lost 16 lbs. As of this morning I'm down 3. The bummer is that I was down 4 yesterday. I'd better go for a walk tonight.

Breakfast 8/7 - nothing again. Too busy at work! But I'm eating it now for lunch. A yoguart (180c) and a Nutrigrain bar (130c).
